Accounts and eligibility

Use an account you are authorized to access, provide accurate information, meet applicable age/legal-capacity requirements, and protect your account. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent business ownership or share sign-in codes. BIBIUS is not directed to children under 13. If local law imposes additional requirements, you must meet them.

Posts, businesses and transactions

Describe offers and requests honestly, including material prices, rental periods, location, availability and conditions. Publish a business profile or offer goods, services, rentals, jobs or housing only when authorized and when lawful in the relevant place. Authors remain responsible for required permissions, licences, property/brand rights and legally required disclosures.

BIBIUS helps users discover and contact one another. Publication is not an endorsement, identity verification or guarantee of income, sales, safety, legality or successful completion. Unless expressly agreed otherwise for a particular service, arrangements and payments are made between the parties. Independently verify important details before proceeding.

Prohibited use and content

Do not use BIBIUS for fraud, deceptive income claims, unlawful discrimination in jobs/housing/services, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, unlawful goods or services, prohibited sanctions dealings, privacy or intellectual-property violations, impersonation, spam, malware, unauthorized access or collection of other users’ data. Do not publish another person’s private information without a lawful basis or evade a restriction by creating replacement accounts.

Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant BIBIUS permission to host, process, display and share it as necessary to operate the requested features. You must have the right to provide the content and any personal information it includes. Public content may be shared and indexed; only include contact/location details you intend to publish.

The Privacy Policy explains account data, private communications, providers, international processing and privacy-request options. Device permissions and account preferences remain separate from agreeing to these terms.

Reports, moderation and review

Use Help to report a listing, business, profile or other content. Provide the exact BIBIUS link where available, explain the issue and relevant facts, and provide a contact email. Describe reports honestly; do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports.

We may investigate, request more information, remove or limit content/features, or suspend accounts to enforce the rules, protect users or comply with law. Some safety checks can be automated. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact us through Help or email, identify the decision/content and explain why you request human review. We provide explanations and review where required by applicable law, while respecting safety, privacy and legal restrictions.

Availability and local requirements

Features may change or be unavailable in particular places. Free publication does not guarantee ranking, audience size, responses or business results. Users and the operator remain subject to applicable local laws; service availability may need to be limited for legal or provider requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights continue to apply.

Stopping use and changes

You can stop using the service and request account/data deletion using the contact options below. Stopping use or closing a post does not automatically erase all records; the Privacy Policy explains retention and requests.

We may update these terms and display the revised date. Material changes will be notified or require additional agreement where applicable law requires it.
